To join the Maroondah Bushwalking Club you must complete a minimum of two bushwalks with us as a temporary member before submitting your membership application form. To receive a list of current walks and their leaders, fill out your details in the Contact Us form at the right of the screen.
To register for a walk, you will need to directly contact the walk leader. A fee of $5 per walk is required from temporary members to cover the cost of insurance and is to be given to the walk leader as well as a Temporary Member Form, accessed here:
With a list of walks, you will receive a welcome pack with the documents necessary to join the club. These documents, except the walks list, can also be downloaded from the links at the bottom of the page. The costs for annual memberships can be accessed here. Once a member, you will be given a User Name and a Password to be able to access more features from our Web site.
Prospective members are welcome to attend club meetings and chat with us. We will endeavour to answer any queries you may have. Club meetings are held at 8:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month except January, at Federation Estate, Meeting Rooms 1 and 2, 32 Greenwood Avenue, Ringwood. (Mel Ref: 49 H10 ).
